I can't thank you enough for making our Christmas so memorable.  You did a beautiful job of putting the DVD together.  You are so talented, and you really made me look good. I'm sure we will be working on many more things to come in the future.  Your timing, and selections were great. The whole family,especially Larry, LOVED the DVD. You hit the ball out of the park.

Communication is important and I wanted you to know that Ari Perilstein as a Tape Editor performed to higher standards both in quality and quantity than I expected.  Ari rose to every edit challenge from cutting the normal 40 tapes a day to crashing 107 sot's/vo's on another extremely busy day.  I am pleased to say that, thanks to his editing efforts during a very busy time; he truly exceeded my standards and expectations. Ari worked with a positive attitude even when the deadlines were tight, always making air, always going beyond the call of duty to come in early or stay late, always taking the initiative to 'help' out. He accepted a challenging assignment with little guidelines to fix a few packages.  Ari successfully accomplished this assignment learning a great deal.  Ari has the determination to learn to become an excellent Editor.  I appreciate your generosity in sharing Ari's fantastic talents with us. I know it's difficult to plan for last minute emergencies, but I surely hope I can call upon Ari's editing skills in the future.
