The last couple of days have been exciting for VIP. On Tuesday we worked with GolfTips Magazine and Cleveland Golf to capture more golf pros giving tips. Before we went to the Riviera Golf Club in Pacific Palisades I really did not know what to expect. I had never been to a PGA event and I could feel the buzz of the event just by walking on the course. Since the tournament actually starts on Thursday, Tuesday was more of a practice/media day for the players. This was our opportunity to take the players aside and have them give us tips which will be shared with website viewers. As we approached the practice range I saw many different players but the one who stuck out the most was Vijay Singh. Now I am not a huge golf fan but there are a few faces in golf that we all know. After capturing many of the golfers practicing their drives, we worked with Cleveland Golf to have the pro's give their tips. To be honest, I did not know too many of these guys but I was told that they were the best golfers in the world. Too bad Tiger Woods was not there but apparently he tried to win this tournament 9 times and never won it, so he moved on. Among the pro's which we did capture tips from were Joe Durant and Kevin Streelman. It was a great experience working with Cleveland Golf and the players.
